Working with Programs to Foster Sustainable Change
At the Early Childhood Center, we help programs move from vision to impact. Whether you're navigating policy shifts, reimagining service delivery, or striving for more inclusive, equitable outcomes—we’re here to help you solve the challenges that matter most.
We help you uncover what’s really going on. Whether it’s a service gap, a systems-level barrier, or a missed opportunity, we use data, dialogue, and deep listening to surface the challenges that matter most.
We bring clarity to complexity. Our team translates the latest research, evidence, policy guidance, and community insights into practical options that fit your goals, values, and constraints.
We implement real-world solutions. We offer coaching, feedback loops, and real-time problem-solving to help you adapt and sustain what works. Because lasting change doesn’t come from a binder—it comes from people.
We Partner
We successfully partnered with numerous early childhood programs throughout the state during our evaluation of the Early Education Matching Grant (EEMG), involvement with First Steps agencies and their providers who work directly with the children and their families, and while supporting local communities, such as Wabash and Monroe counties, to increase their quality capacity.
We Research
We presented research findings and best practices recommendations on an array of early childhood topics and served as advisors to local and state partners.
We Consult
Our staff participates on the Early Learning Advisory Committee (ELAC) and support the state's First Steps Governor's Interagency Coordinating Council (ICC).
How can we share our expertise to inform and guide your change initiatives?
