Sandra Clark - NCI Surveyor
Sandra Clark is a part-time surveyor with the Center for Collaborative Systems Change at the Indiana Institute for Disability and Community, Indiana University, Bloomington. Clark worked in the field of Deafness for several years before beginning her career as a vocational rehabilitation counselor that spanned 30 years. Clark specialized as a rehabilitation counselor for the Deaf but added a general caseload as well. She added a Traumatic Brain Injury specialty in later years and became informally specialized in the area of autism. Clark has earned the title of Certified Rehabilitation Counselor through certification by the Commission on Rehabilitation Counseling. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work Degree from Andrews University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Education from Indiana University.
